Q1Why would I want to install an intelligent microphone system?

A1 The standard microphone which accompany most video conferencing system are basic and often not appropriate for how your meeting facility needs to be set up. An installed microphone system takes into account the room acoustics, size and number of people who attend the meeting. This allows for the correct number of microphones to be installed providing clear concise audio from any area around the meeting room table.

Q2 Can I use this system with my existing video \ audio conferencing equipment?

A2 In most cases the answer is yes, this system connects directly to your audio or video codec replacing the existing microphone system supplied with your original equipment.

Q3 Am I or my company under any obligation if we take up the offer of a free evaluation?

A3 No you or your company are not under any obligation to pay any cost related to providing this evaluation.

Q4 What if I would like to evaluate the product for longer than 5 days?

A4 In special circumstances this can be arranged.

Q5 How much does this type of audio solution cost?

A5 Typically this depends on the type of meeting facility you have and the number of microphones you may require, however as a guide a basic system could cost as little as £900.00 rising to £15,000.00 for large complex installation

Q6 How quickly could you install a solution once you have provided us with a proposal?

A6 Typically systems are installed within 10 days of receiving a purchase order.

Q7 How long does the installation take to complete?

A7 Typically an installation takes about 3 days to complete, one of these days is designated solely to system commissioning to ensure that the system is set up exactly to your requirements

Q8 Can the installation or evaluation be completed at a weekend since our meeting facilities get very busy during the week?

A8 Yes installation can take place over the weekend at no extra cost to you
